Homes By Huffman is an Indiana-based property management company that was formed in 2018. We manage single-family homes and small to medium-sized apartments. We also manage HOAs for communities throughout Evansville, Newburgh, and elsewhere.
From securing tenants to maintenance and fee and rent collections, we do it all. We protect and enhance the value of the properties we manage and minimize the hassles of our clients.
An Evansville native, Chadd Huffman began painting rental houses in high school, leading to a passion for real estate. Out of school, Chadd continued in real estate and transitioned into a property manager role. In 2018, he founded Homes by Huffman to serve as the management company for the real estate portfolio. Through the years, the company has grown into a company that specializes in serving real estate investors nationwide. The company focuses on affordable housing and giving individuals and families a place to call home. Chadd helps investors buy and sell properties as a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. He continues to serve the community as a member of Hadi Shrine Temple, Board of Directors for Aurora, Executive Council for P.O.M.A, and Treasurer of Newburgh Lodge #174.
